1. What kind of art do you create?

Paula Millhouse creates colorful paintings inspired by the coast, abstract emotion, and peaceful natural landscapes. Her collections include original paintings done in watercolor, acrylic, oil, and fine art prints that are vibrant, joyful, and designed to brighten your space.

2. Do you offer prints and originals?

Yes! Most paintings are available as:

  • Original watercolor paintings (hand-painted on archival paper)

  • Original acrylic paintings on canvas or cradle board

  • Fine art prints in 5x7" or 8x10", made with professional inks on heavyweight archival Canon matte photo paper

Each listing clearly states whether you're purchasing a print or an original.

3. Do you accept returns?

Yes. You may return your item within 7 days of delivery.
Please note:

  • Art must be returned in original condition

  • You are responsible for return shipping

  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the artwork is received in its original condition.

Custom orders and commissions are not returnable.

4. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we offer free shipping within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.

5. How is the artwork packaged?

Every piece is carefully packaged with love and protection.

  • Prints are placed in clear sleeves with rigid backing boards and shipped flat

  • Originals are wrapped securely to prevent damage during shipping

You’ll also receive tracking info once your order is on the way.

6. How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking number once it’s shipped.

7. Can I commission a custom painting?

Yes! Paula accepts a limited number of custom commissions. If you’d like a personalized painting for your home or as a gift, please reach out via the Contact Page or email us directly.

8. Do colors look the same in person?

We do our best to represent each painting accurately. However, colors may vary slightly from screen to screen. Rest assured, each piece is even more vibrant and beautiful in person!
